Retired Model-Netics facilitator ( a management enhancement regimen ).
Former Marine into scuba, backpacking, golf, and tennis. I also search for Indian artifacts which I photograph and then turn over to a local museum. I love to cook comfort foods, and leave the gourmet stuff to my talented wife. We both love to experiment with new recipes, and share a love of fine wines.

Favorite Foods

Portuguese, French, and Mexican cuisines. Any kind of BBQ, and tons of soup recipes. Fish is probably my favorite meat, closely followed by lamb. Fried chicken is a staple, with garlic mashed potatoes and green beans. Simple fare is my forte, from chili, to blueburgers, to stew ( my fav is Rabbit stew ).
