Purpose
This profile was created as a venue for people to share their passion for Cooking and Story telling. Stories of how their ancestors passed along such an incredible heritage and culture through family favorite recipes. Stories of how their family came to pen their own favorite recipe. Stories about their love for cooking, and much more.

Blueberry Cream Pie
Blueberry Cream Pie
1 stick of unsalted Butter (Not Margarine) softened
1 (8oz) pkg. Cream Cheese softened
1 can Condensed Milk
1 (8oz) Cool Whip
1 Graham Cracker Crust
1 Cup of Fresh or Frozen blueberries, rinsed and drained
¼ chopped pecans (optional)
Directions:
In mixing bowl, cream together butter, cream cheese and milk until smooth. Fold in ½ of Cool Whip. Spread evenly in piecrust. Spread even layer of berries. Top with remaining Cool Whip. Sprinkle with chopped nuts.
