Blueberry Cream Pie
1 stick of unsalted Butter (Not Margarine) softened
1 (8oz) pkg. Cream Cheese softened
1 can Condensed Milk
1 (8oz) Cool Whip
1 Graham Cracker Crust
1 Cup of Fresh or Frozen blueberries, rinsed and drained
¼ chopped pecans (optional)
Directions:
In mixing bowl, cream together butter, cream cheese and milk until smooth. Fold in ½ of Cool Whip. Spread evenly in piecrust. Spread even layer of berries. Top with remaining Cool Whip. Sprinkle with chopped nuts.

* 2 pkgs (6.4oz. each) banana nut muffin mix
* 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter melted
* 2 eggs
* 1/2 cup sour cream
* 1 cup sliced strawberries
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
2. Spray an 8 x 11 baking dish with non-stick spray
3. In a bowl mix muffin mix, butter, eggs and sour cream

* 1 cup (2 sticks) butter, softened
* 1 1 2 cups sugar
* 3 eggs
* 1 cup milk
* 2 cups all-purpose flour
* 1 tsp. baking powder
* 1 tsp. baking soda

* 1 pkg (14 oz.) frozen, sliced strawberries, no sugar added

* 1/2 lb. Italian sausage, ground
* 4 oz. cream cheese
* 12 jumbo shells
* 1 Tbl. oil
* 1/2 med. onion, chopped
* 1/2 bell pepper, chopped
* 1 can (4 oz.) mushrooms, drained
* 1 jar (14 oz.) pasta sauce (red)
* 1 tsp. minced garlic
* 1 tsp. Italian seasoning
* 1/2 cup shredded cheese

* 1 pkg. (3 oz.) cook & serve coconut cream pudding/pie filling
* 1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
* 1 graham cracker crust
* 1 1/2 cups milk
* Coconut for garnish

1. In a deep bowl, using an electric mixer, combine cream cheese and milk, mixing until well blended.

White Buttermilk Cake
This cake is perfect texture and taste for a wedding cake. I use it for white birthday cakes too.
Ingredients
o Shortening
o 2 cups sugar
o ½ tsp salt
o 1 tsp baking soda
o 1 tsp cream of tartar
o 3 cups cake flour
o 6 egg whites
o 1 cup, or two sticks, butter
o 1 cup buttermilk
o 1 tsp almond extract or flavoring
