Strawberry Banana Nut Cake

* 2 pkgs (6.4oz. each) banana nut muffin mix * 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter melted * 2 eggs * 1/2 cup sour cream * 1 cup sliced strawberries Directions 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees 2. Spray an 8 x 11 baking dish with non-stick spray 3. In a bowl mix muffin mix, butter, eggs and sour cream 4. Spread evenly into baking pan 5. Arrange strawberries on top of cake 6. Bake 40 min. or until tooth pick inserted n the center comes out clean

Strawberry Bread Cake

* 1 cup (2 sticks) butter, softened * 1 1 2 cups sugar * 3 eggs * 1 cup milk * 2 cups all-purpose flour * 1 tsp. baking powder * 1 tsp. baking soda * 1 cup (8 oz.) sour cream * 1 pkg (14 oz.) frozen, sliced strawberries, no sugar added * 1/2 cup powdered sugar * 2 Tbl. evaporated milk Directions 1. Stuffed Shells with Pasta Sauce

* 1/2 lb. ground beef * 1/2 lb. Italian sausage, ground * 4 oz. cream cheese * 12 jumbo shells * 1 Tbl. oil * 1/2 med. onion, chopped * 1/2 bell pepper, chopped * 1 can (4 oz.) mushrooms, drained * 1 jar (14 oz.) pasta sauce (red) * 1 tsp. minced garlic * 1 tsp. Italian seasoning * 1/2 cup shredded cheese Directions 1. Slightly brown ground beef and Italian sausage 2. Drain and cool 3. Mix in cream cheese (works best when mixing with your hands) 4. Since I write cookbooks I want to start a discussion about recipes. I cook by thinking with my taste buds and want to teach this to everyone. Coconut Cheese Cake Pie

Ingredients * 1 pkg. (3 oz.) cook & serve coconut cream pudding/pie filling * 1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened * 1 graham cracker crust * 1 1/2 cups milk * Coconut for garnish Directions 1.
